Parks superintendent Stacy Davenport adjusts a pole in the city of Delaware’s new greenhouse at 440 E. William St. City officials said once the 26- by 48-foot structure gets electricity, it will be used to store plants that decorate roadway entrances into the city, as well as growing and storing canna and elephant ear plants.
