Delaware police report:

A woman said she was dragged by a car operated by her roommate at about 2:45 a.m. Monday in a parking lot on Forest Brooke Way. She said she and her roommate had gotten into an argument and, during the argument, she was dragged by her roommate’s car. Police said the woman had no physical injuries consistent with being dragged by a vehicle. The woman declined an investigation and charges.

A man was threatened by his girlfriend’s ex-husband over the phone Monday afternoon while he was at work. The man came to the police station to report the call and said the ex-husband threatened to shoot him. Officers contacted the ex-husband, who denied contacting the boyfriend. Electronic records were obtained and proved the ex-husband did call the man. He was charged with aggravated menacing and telecommunications harassment, and taken to the Delaware County Jail.

Two women said they were assaulted by a man on South Sandusky Street Monday about 3:30 a.m. The women told police they met the man at a bar in Union County before they all returned to the women’s home in the 200 block of South Sandusky. The women told police they were assaulted by the man at their residence. The women showed police signs of minor injuries and claimed they were from the assault. When contacted by police, the man denied assaulting the women and said he was assaulted by them. The case was forwarded to the city prosecutor’s office for review and potential charges.
