Delaware police report:

A man allegedly choked his girlfriend during a fight Tuesday afternoon at their residence on Presidential Way. The girlfriend told police her boyfriend was intoxicated and had choked her before leaving. Police found the man shortly after taking the call and he was arrested and charged with domestic violence, assault and disorderly conduct before being taken to the Delaware County Jail.

A catalytic converter was stolen from a car parked at a business in the 1700 block of Columbus Pike Monday night. Police have no suspects.

A drug test sample was allegedly tampered with on Jan. 6 at a location on U.S. 42. Police received the allegation on Tuesday and began an investigation into the alleged tampered evidence.
