Delaware police report:

A car was playing loud music Sunday just after 3 a.m. while it was parked on Union Street at Michael Avenue. Police investigated and found a 22-year-old asleep in his car with the radio loudly playing music. He was charged with physical control and possession of marijuana.

A woman who lives on Sharpless Court said a package had been stolen from her porch Saturday afternoon. Police located the package behind the air conditioner of the apartment and determined the complaint was unfounded.

A drunken 28-year-old was spotted by police walking in the area of East William Street and Henry Street Monday at 3 a.m. Police spoke to the man and found he was unable to care for himself. He was charged with disorderly conduct and released to his parents.

A student at Ohio Wesleyan University was charged with possession of marijuana paraphernalia Saturday just before 1 a.m. Police investigated his Smith Hall dormitory and issued a summons to appear in Delaware Municipal Court on the charge.

Two Marion men were pulled over Sunday afternoon on U.S. 42 North. During the traffic stop, police found them to be in possession of small amounts of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. Both men were cited for possession and issued a summons to appear in court.
