A Delaware County grand jury returned a number of indictments Friday.
The individuals indicted include:
• Donna Jeannette Hess, 35, of Damascus, Ohio, on a charge of violating a protection order, a third-degree felony; and a charge of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been scheduled for Tuesday at noon in Delaware County Common Pleas Court.
• Jessie Green, of Westerville, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.
• Carl D. Lair, of Columbus, on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
• Dawn M. Bemiller, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony; and two counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.
• Jesse J. Manwaring, address unknown, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony.
• Yves C. Perez, of Columbus, on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.
• Antonio J. Cruz, of 159 London Road, Apt. 3, Delaware, on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a fifth-degree felony.
• Doris J. Caldwell, 41, of 510 Sunbury Road, #46, Delaware, on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.
• Nicholas Avery Fields, 18, of Delaware, on a charge of breaking and entering, a charge of theft and a charge of receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies.
• Michael E. Rohrer, of London, Ohio, on six counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies.
• Darryl E. Moore, of Columbus, on a charge of theft and four counts of forgery, all fifth-degree felonies.
• Norris J. Bass, of Columbus, on a charge of theft and three counts of forgery, all fifth-degree felonies.
• Robert H. Burnett Jr., of Columbus, on a charge of identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony; a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; and five counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.
• Amanda Alexander, of Mount Vernon, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
• Megan L. Sutphin, of Croton, Ohio, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Except for Hess, no other arraignments have been scheduled.
