Delaware police report:

Girl Scout cookies were stolen from a home on Limetree Drive Thursday. The owner reported that someone entered his apartment and stole the cookies, along with some DVDs. Police have no suspects.

A man was causing a disturbance at a bar on St. Patrick’s Day. Police were called to Clancey’s Pub on South Sandusky Street about 10:30 p.m. and found an intoxicated man standing outside the bar. Police said the man was yelling and cursing about being kicked out. Bar staff told officers that when the man was asked to leave because he became upset and threw pitchers of green beer at other customers. Police issued a summons for disorderly conduct and the man left.

A woman was unresponsive on a DATA bus while it was parked in the lot of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles on U.S. 23 North on Thursday. Police learned the woman was only 20 but was passed out drunk. The woman was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment and then ordered to the Delaware County Jail for violating her probation. She was also charged with underage consumption.

Two strangers were knocking on the door of a Chelsea Street apartment Friday just before 5 a.m. The resident called police and officers arrived and confronted the men. Police learned it was a misunderstanding and the men were looking for a friend who lived in the same apartment complex. They said they had the wrong door number. However, during the encounter, officers determined the men were under the age of 21 and had been drinking, which may have led to the mix-up. Both men were issued summonses to appear in Delaware Municipal Court for underage drinking.

A man was drunk at 2 p.m. Friday at the corner of East Winter Street and Henry Street. Police spotted the man and saw that he could not maintain his balance and had urinated on himself. Police determined he could not care for himself and he was taken to the Delaware City Jail until he sobered up. He was issued a summons for disorderly conduct via intoxication.
