Beth Perry of Powell has been named an outstanding student at the Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute in Wooster. She will graduate May 7 with an associate of science degree in horse science, which she will add to her two bachelor’s degrees and associate of arts degrees. Following graduation from Ohio State ATI, Perry plans to work at an equine facility that focuses on therapeutic riding for individuals with special needs.
