A local couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday. Larry and Pam (Link) Hillard were wed on May 21, 1966, at the Methodist church in Kilbourne. They have a daughter, Angela (Hillard) Edwards; a son, Dr. Rod Hillard (and wife, Anji Gandi); and five grandchildren. Larry retired from USF Holland. Pam retired as a state of Missouri employee. An item in Saturday’s Gazette incorrectly stated the number of years they have been married.
