A number of individuals were indicted Friday by a Delaware County Grand Jury.
Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:
Nicholas Myers, of Columbus, on two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 7 at 4 p.m.
Luis Alberto Rodriguez Leon, of Tampa, Florida, was indicted on a count of theft and a count of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been scheduled for Nov. 7 at 4 p.m.

Lonna L. Curry, of 371 Grand Circuit Blvd, of Delaware, on one count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

William K. Kunkle, of 105 Northwood Drive, Delaware, on a count of obstruction official business, a fifth-degree felony and one count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.
