Delaware police report:
• Multiple vehicles were broken into overnight Sunday in the 100 block of Griswold Street. Police report items were stolen and the break-ins are being investigated.
• A suicide chat line contacted police Sunday morning and reported a local man had made suicidal threats. Police made contact with the man and transported him to Grady Memorial Hospital for a mental health evaluation. No charges were filed.
• Two students at Dempsey Middle School were discovered to have been smoking marijuana in a bathroom at the school Monday morning. Both students were charged with possession of marijuana in Delaware County Juvenile Court.
Powell police report:
• A vehicle knocked over a stop sign on Bennett Parkway near South Liberty Street sometime Saturday. Police report the driver did not report the incident and fled the scene before officers arrived.
