Roads update from ODOT

0

62 ODOT snow plows will begin work at 11 p.m. in Delaware, Franklin, Marion, Morrow and Union counties keeping an eye out for any slick spots due to the forecasted ice and snow.

Interstates, state and US routes, ramps and bridges will be treated to make sure they are safe and passable for the Tuesday morning commute.

There is a chance of snow central Ohio during the overnight hours.

Transportation managers will monitor the forecast and work with local law enforcement to track road conditions and adjust crew sizes as needed.

Drivers should take it slow on wet roadways, especially on ramps and bridges which freeze before surface roads.
