Penelope is a spayed, 3 and 1/2 year-old orange tiger cat. She is a little shy at first and it typically takes her a little time to warm up to her surroundings and people.
She would be happy in a calm household where she could slowly get comfortable and perhaps be a lap cat. She gets along with other cats.
