Delaware police reports:

Police took a report of prohibition Saturday at approximately 2 a.m. in the 100 block of Columbus Pike. Two adult female suspects were charged with underage consumption of alcoholic beverages. One of the female suspects was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Police responded to a report of sexual imposition Sunday at approximately 1:30 a.m. in the first block of North Union Street. A 31-year-old male was reported to have grabbed two separate female patrons’ buttocks before leaving the bar. Police repoted that when approached by witnesses, the highly intoxicated suspect became combative and disorderly. The male suspect was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and sexual imposition. He was transported to the Delaware County Jail.

Police responded to a domestic violence situation Sunday at approximately 1:30 a.m. on East Central Avenue. A mother requested police, indicating her adult son was intoxicated and that he had thrown hot food on her. Officers arrived and spoke with both parties. The son denied the allegations. Officers observed physical evidence to support the mother’s version of the events. The son was taken into custody and held on charges of domestic violence.

Police took a report of theft Sunday at approximately 11 p.m. from a business on Pittsburg Drive. Three male suspects were charged with the offense after they allegedly took the metal.

Police are investigating a crash that occurred at 3:05 p.m. Friday along East William Street. The driver of a 1994 Ford Ranger was making a left turn from the left eastbound lane of East William Street into the parking lot of 137 East William Street when it struck a 1998 Chevy Lumina that was westbound in the right lane. The driver of the Ford Ranger said they were “waved through” by a motorist stopped in the left eastbound lane due to backed up traffic. They were not able to see past that truck and trailer.

Powell police reports:

Police are investigating a possible protection order violation that occurred on Beech Trail Court. The report was made Aug. 4 at the police station.

A business owner on Lincoln Street told police that on Aug. 4 unknown suspects unauthorized ACH transfers from his business account totaling more $13,000.

Officers are investigating a theft that was reported Aug. 4 on Sawmill Parkway.

Residents of Charlescarn Drive reported on Aug. 5 that unknown suspects opened Home Depot credit card accounts using their identity.
