Delaware police report:

• Officers responded to a hall on Ohio Wesleyan University’s campus Sunday around 5 a.m. after an intoxicated woman was reported. Police learned the woman had taken Melatonin and was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment. No charges were filed.

• Police arrested a man in the area of Sweeney Road and Sunbury Road on Friday morning after they discovered a warrant for his arrest during a traffic stop. The man was also cited for possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Powell police report:

• Police took a crash report Friday after a motorist in the left lane realized he needed to be in the right lane and backed up without looking behind him, striking the vehicle to his rear.
