Grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Friday.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury included:

• Ridge A. Morris, of Delaware, was charged with two counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies, and one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

• David Martinez, of Columbus, was charged with two counts of nonsupport of contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

• Ridge Lyons, of Delaware, was charged with two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

• Dakota J. Martinez, of Delaware, was charged with operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a fourth-degree felony; one count of driving under OVI suspension, a first-degree misdemeanor; and one count of resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.

• Jared A. Murray, of Sunbury, was charged with domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

• Brendan J. Lipps, of Columbus, was charged two counts of felonious assault, second-degree felonies; one count of assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and three counts of aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanors.

• William F. Terry, of Ostrander, was charged with five counts of theft, four third-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor; and five counts of receiving stolen property, four fourth-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor.

• Aaron M. Moctezuma, of Westerville, was charged with identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony; two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies; and two counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies.

• Brandon L. Forsha, of Chillicothe, was charged with two counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

• Jacob A. Canter, of Columbus, was charged with forgery, a fifth-degree felony.

• Kenneth J. Shoemaker, was charged with forgery, a fifth-degree felony.
