Delaware police report:

A man stabbed a dog Monday evening in the area of West Harrison Street. The man told police the dog bit his dog and then bit him. While the dog was biting him, he reportedly stabbed it. Both dogs were alive when officers arrived. Police said an investigation into the indicent is ongoing and no charges have been filed yet.
