Grand Jury issues indictments

A number of individuals were indicted Friday by a Delaware County Grand Jury.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

Nicholas Myers, of Columbus, on two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 7 at 4 p.m.

Luis Alberto Rodriguez Leon, of Tampa, Florida, was indicted on a count of theft and a count of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been scheduled for Nov. 7 at 4 p.m.

Arraignments have not be scheduled for the following individuals:

Thomas E. Huber, of Columbus, on 10 counts of theft, two fifth-degree felonies and eight first-degree misdemeanors.

John Dooley, Jr., of Columbus, on four counts of theft, two fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors.

Brandon L. Mayhan, of Newark, Ohio, on a count of bribery, a third-degree felony.

Rashaad L. Justice, of Columbus, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony and one count of obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Erneisha L. Maze, of Columbus, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Lonna L. Curry, of 371 Grand Circuit Blvd, of Delaware, on one count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Amy L. Jervis, of Marion, on one count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

William K. Kunkle, of 105 Northwood Drive, Delaware, on a count of obstruction official business, a fifth-degree felony and one count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Kara M. Skillman, of 225 S. Sandusky St., Lot 55, Delaware, on a count of obstruction official business, a fifth-degree felony and one count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Edward M. Sullivan, of Ashley, on one count of trespass in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor and one count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

David D. Dawson, of Cleveland, on one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Christopher B. Edmonds, of Mansfield, on one count of forgery, a count of theft and a count of receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies.

Rikia A. Lewis Hill, of Columbus, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony and a count of obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Tiffany Spiller, of Columbus, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony and a count of obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Wyatt D. Dicken, of Ashley, on a count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

Demond D. Jacobs, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, on a count of improper handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.

Wesley Firebaugh, of Powell, on a count of violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony and a count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

Joshua Bloomer, of Powell, on a count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

Richard Tatum, of Columbus, on a count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a second-degree felony and seven counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

Jason Loew, of Columbus, on a count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a second-degree felony and seven counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

Timothy Joiner, at large, on six counts of theft, four fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors; and six counts of receiving stolen property, three fifth-degree felonies and three first-degree misdemeanors.

Marion E. Lazelle, of Delaware, on a count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony.

Robert R. Mayes II, on two counts of theft, a fourth-degree felony and a first-degree misdemeanor and a count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a fourth-degree felony.

Alexander Warnock, of South Solon, Ohio, on a count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; two counts of theft, a fifth-degree felony and a first-degree misdemeanor; a count of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor and a count of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Sean M. Clark, of Cleveland, on a count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; a count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor; a count of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor; and a count of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Michael B. Baker, of West Warwick, Rhode Island, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

Christopher Collins, of 6891 Home Road, Delaware, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

Brian McGregor, of Columbus, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.
