Delaware police report:

A man headbutted a woman in the area of South Sandusky Street early Sunday morning. The woman said she and the man were arguing and he was drunk when he struck her with his head. She pointed him out to officers who took him into custody on a charge of disorderly conduct while intoxicated. He was held until he was sober. The woman declined to pursue assault charges.

A 20-year-old and a 13-year-old were drinking at a party on East Winter Street early Sunday morning. Police took both individuals into custody and transported them to police headquarters. The 13-year-old was released to his parents and charges of curfew and prohibition were forwarded to the Delaware County Juvenile Court. The 20-year-old was issued a summons to appear in Delaware Municipal Court for underage drinking.

A 32-year-old man was urinating in a parking lot near the 100 block of South Sandusky Street Sunday at about 1:30 a.m. An officer on patrol approached him and discovered he was intoxicated. A sober party was contacted and the man was issued a summons to Delaware Municipal Court to face a disorderly conduct by intoxication charge.

A couple on Rivercrest Drive got in a fight over the boyfriend’s language early Sunday morning. Police said the couple had pushed and shoved each other during the argument. Neither party wished to pursue criminal charges and police said both parties had been drinking. The two were separated for the night.

A man was threatening others with a knife early Sunday morning on South Liberty Street. Police spoke to the man and learned that he was intoxicated and had been warned for disorderly conduct earlier in the evening. The man was taken into custody for persistent disorderly conduct and transported to the Delaware County Jail.

Officers went to a party early Sunday morning on East Winter Street because of noise. Police say they had already been at the party twice before because of the noise and the owner was issued a summons for permitting a noise or disturbance.

The windshield of a car parked along Milo Street was shattered Thursday morning. Police said the window was struck by a blunt object overnight Wednesday.
