Delaware police report:

A vehicle was stolen on London Road Sunday just after 1 a.m.

A 19-year-old man was arrested for stealing $1.50 worth of groceries from Buehler’s Sunday evening. The man was charged with petty theft.

A severely intoxicated woman couldn’t stand up in the area of East Winter Street Sunday night. She was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital and given a mental health evaluation. No charges were filed.

Four juveniles and one adult were charged with underage consumption of alcohol after police arrived at a party on Ballater Drive after midnight Monday morning.

A neighbor reported a loud noise coming from a home in the 100 block of London Road Friday night. Police arrived and found a couple having an argument. Neither party wished to press charges.

A 16-year-old girl was being unruly at her home on West William Street Sunday night. Her parents contacted police because of her behavior and she was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for a mental health evaluation. Charges of unruliness were forwarded to the Delaware County Juvenile Court.

A man was arrested for domestic violence after hitting his girlfriend at their home in the 200 block of London Road Sunday before 4 a.m. He was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence and transported to the Delaware County Jail.

Powell police report:

A woman called on behalf of her parents to report that their home on Hopewell Drive had been covered in toilet paper overnight Friday. Police have no suspects.
