Delaware police report:

A woman called police Monday afternoon to report an assault that took place months prior in the first block of Sandusky Street. Police attempted to speak to the woman, who appeared intoxicated, about the assault but she declined to provide any details. Officers took her to her home and released her to her sober husband. Officers told the woman to call if she wanted to pursue the matter further.

Cash was stolen from a cash box overnight Sunday at Riverside Landing on South Sandusky Street. An employee told police someone stole about $284 from a petty cash box.

A man was trespassing at a home on East Winter Street Monday afternoon. The female resident called police to report a man she knows had come to her home and was knocking on the door. Police report the man had previously been warned about trespassing at the house and was issued a summons to Delaware Municipal Court.

Officers were investigating a domestic violence call Tuesday just before 3 a.m. in the area of North Washington Street when they were approached by an underage girl who appeared to be intoxicated. A sober party was located to take care of the girl and she was released. An investigation has begun to determine where the girl obtained alcohol. No charges had been filed Tuesday.
