Delaware police report:

A 3-year-old was wandering around a gas station on East William Street Thursday morning. Employees called police and officers were able to locate a home in the area where the child lives. Police spoke to the boy’s mother who said the boy must have figured out the locking mechanism on the home’s door and left while she was sleeping. The boy was uninjured and was released back to his mother. A report was forwarded to Children’s Services.

A tire was damaged at a residence on Bridgeport Way Thursday afternoon. A criminal damaging report was taken.

A storage unit on Johnson Drive was broken into Thursday afternoon. The owner told police the storage unit looked like it had been rifled through but nothing had been taken.

A garage shed on Fair Avenue was broken into sometime since Tuesday and an ATV was stolen.
