Olentangy’s Kelly Meade, right, just can’t stop breaking records. Already the Braves’ all-time leader in career three-pointers made (105) and single-game points scored (30) when the season started, the senior has certainly added to her legacy through the first half of the 2015-16 campaign. Meade broke the program’s all-time scoring mark during a 56-54 victory at New Albany late last month, pouring in 14 points to pass Morgan Horvath as the girls basketball team’s all-time leading scorer. As if that weren’t enough, Meade scored 32 points in a 62-35 win over Esperanza (Calif.) to break her own single-game scoring record at the KSA Holiday Classic Thursday in Orlando. The effort put Meade just six points shy of the school’s all-time scoring mark (boy or girl) — 1,170 set by Rob Sanders (‘82). Meade and the Braves return to action tonight against host Mount Vernon.
