Delaware police report:

A suspicious-looking man was spotted in a backyard of a home in the 100 block of Franklin Street Friday at about 4:30 a.m. Police found a man who lives farther up Franklin Street and was in the backyard, intoxicated. Police took the man into custody and charged him with disorderly conduct by intoxication.

A man was arrested for disorderly conduct Thursday afternoon at a home on Hearthstone Drive. Police report they received a call about a domestic situation and, when they arrived to resolve the situation, the man continued to be unruly. Ultimately, he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct before being taken to the Delaware County Jail.

A Michigan man was arrested after drugs were found in his car during a traffic stop on U.S. 23 North Friday just before 5 a.m. Police pulled the car over for a traffic violation and found he was in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. He was arrested and charged with trafficking drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
