Delaware police report:

Caseworkers from the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities reported a client on Rivercrest Drive had sustained an unexplained bruise to his body and, as mandatory reporters, the caseworkers called police. Officers said they weren’t sure if the bruise was the result of an accident or a criminal offense. An investigation is ongoing.

Vulgarities and swear words were scratched into the paint of a woman’s car while it was parked on North Washington Street. Police also report the windows of the car were broken. an investigation is ongoing.

Police responded to a domestic dispute at a home on West Harrison Street Thursday afternoon. However, when they arrived they learned that one of the involved parties was experiencing a medical emergency. A medic was dispatched and the woman was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment. Officers said the signs and symptoms were consistent with a narcotic overdose. Police say that no domestic dispute had occurred.

A window was broken at a home on West Lincoln Avenue Friday just before 2 a.m. A neighbor called police when they heard the sound of breaking glass and officers discovered a window at a nearby home had been broken. Police have no suspects.
