Michael Serrot, a worker for the city of Delaware’s parks and natural resources department, was one of several city workers taking down Christmas lights from tree on North Sandusky Street Thursday afternoon. Workers said they removed the lights from Winter Street earlier this week and would be finished taking the lights down by the end of Thursday afternoon.
