COLUMBUS, Ohio – According to provisional statistics, eight people were killed in seven crashes on Ohio’s roadways this Thanksgiving holiday, resulting in the fewest deaths since 2018. The five-day Thanksgiving reporting period began on Wednesday, Nov. 22, at midnight and ran through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 26.
Zoo announces elephant focused partnership

Murder trial delayed to February
The trial for the Delaware man accused of murdering his parents in September has been rescheduled to February.
Ohio’s mineral resources valued at $1.7B
COLUMBUS – A newly released report from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Geological Survey shows the state’s mineral resources produced $1.7 billion worth of geologic commodities in 2022. For a ninth straight year, the total value of all nonfuel industrial minerals exceeded $1 billion.
