Program to highlight Stratford’s industrial history
As part of the Delaware County Industrial History program series, the Delaware County Historical Society will present a program on the village of Stratford. Beginning with a 1807 gristmill, built by John Beard, to the current auto dealership, this program will cover the many businesses and industries which called the village of Stratford their home.
Lorenz to run for full term in Ohio House
In a press release last week, state Rep. Brian Lorenz (R-Powell) announced he will seek a full term as the 60th District representative in the Ohio House of Representatives as part of the general election in November.

Red Cross: Blood donors needed
The American Red Cross is experiencing an emergency blood shortage as the nation faces the lowest number of people giving blood in 20 years. The Red Cross blood supply has fallen to critically low levels across the country, and blood and platelet donors are urged to make a donation appointment to help alleviate the shortage and help ensure lifesaving medical procedures are not put on hold.

Rankey to seek second term as treasurer
