Delaware City Council members take oaths

2024 county budget approved by commissioners
The Delaware County Board of Commissioners on Monday approved its general-fund budget for 2024. The $143,814,358 figure approved is a 5.1% increase over the 2023 budget of $136,847,303 for operating and capital expenditures.
